Choose the right vibration sensor for your needs

Strong vibrations can cause severe damage or reduce performance on rotating machinery.

Machines that require very smooth running such as turbines, mills, vibrating feeders, fans, centrifuges, pumps and cooling towers are especially prone to such damage. Resulting breakdowns and repair costs can be prevented by monitoring vibration velocity or vibration acceleration.

HE200

The Type 200 vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor absolute bearing vibrations in machines in line with DIN ISO 10816 and 20816.

Features

  • Two limit values and associated delay times are separately adjustable.
  • Both relay outputs indicate if the corresponding set limit values are exceeded. This can be used to generate a preliminary and a main alarm.
  • Measurement value: The effective value (rms) of the vibration velocity (mm/s).
  • Approvals: CE, ATEX, EAC, EAC EX, IEC, IEC Ex, SIL2 / PL-d (TÜV-Süd), C UL.


HE205

The Type HE205 vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor vibration acceleration on machines.

Features

  • Two limit values and associated delay times are separately adjustable.
  • Both relay switching outputs indicate if the set window range is exceeded or undershot. This can be used to generate an alarm.
  • Measurement value: Vibration acceleration (g, rms).
  • Approvals: CE, ATEX, EAC, EAC EX, IEC, IEC Ex, SIL2 / PL-d (TÜV-Süd), C UL.


HE250

The Type 250 vibration monitoring unit is used to measure and monitor absolute bearing vibrations in machines in line with DIN ISO 10816 and 20816. It also generates a bearing condition parameter for rolling bearing diagnosis according to DIN ISO 13373-3.
