Shipping and Returns

Shipping

We ship most web orders by DHL and some by post. All goods are despatched normally same or next day from our Australian warehouse. We do our best to keep the freight costs to as low as possible, whilst maintaing reasonable delivery times. Freight is charged according to size and weight of the order, occasionally if items are large our web site will come back with an unknown freight charge. In this cercumstance we will contact you varifying the freight charges before moving forward. Either way, we'll keep you informed on your order status so you know when you can expect to receive it.

If you need us to deliver to a residential address we need to know if someone will be home or not as couriers do not leave the package if no one is home unless specified on the shipment.

We do our very best to get every order out the same night however sometimes we just don't have the time. Let us know if your items are super urgent and we can put priority on your order and discuss urgent pryority shipping if needed.
Sometimes we do run low on stocks, we'll let you know if this is the case and when the items are expected to arrive back in stock, we appreciate your patience with this.

What we need from you:

• Name and Phone Number
• Full delivery address
• Special instructions for couriers, like no one being there to receive the goods.
• Payment before we dispatch unless you have an account with us.

Note: If you need us to ship by a specific courier or postal service of your choice, please discuss this with us.

Returns:

If you need to return something for any reason, we ask you call us to discuss the circumstances first. We also have an online RMA for to fill out.
